Here is our warranty process in 10 points:
1.You can return items within 14 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you.
2.If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting of the defect for each affected item, including the item’s packaging and the delivery box.
3.All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
4.If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or doesn’t like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return. Please contact us.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5.Despite our strict QC procedure in exceptional cases, things happen… If the item you have received is incorrect or if our size is wrong , please kindly follow the steps.
– Please send us photos with good lighting of the item and packaging and labels.
– For size issue, please place the garment on the floor,take a tape measure to measure the Bust Waist and Hips. Once we confirm, we will dispatch an alternative product or offer refund. The item’s size will be considered wrong if the size difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the size chart differ by at least 3 cm (1.18 inch).
6.If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange partial refund in that case.
7.Please ship the parcel via registered airmail as per our RMA form instructions ONLY so that your item can reach us easily. DO NOT return the item with expedited shipping methods such DHL, UPS, or Fedex.
8.We will give you our return address in the RMA form please always contact us to obtain it. Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this is not the same one displayed on your parcel.
9.Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: “Product Return to seller – $0 value”.
10. Additional Policy and Warranty Notes
– All return shipping fees involved in the warranty are customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.
– If the item is not faulty and just do not want it anymore, let us know we will allow you return. As long as the item is sent back unworn with all original tags, packaging, we will refund you or exchange it.
-Cacem may split some orders at our discretion to ensure a faster delivery if some items come from a different warehouse.If an item is unfortunately missing in your order, please contact us, we will fix it for you. Please note this case is unlikely to happen.
– Please always submit a ticket at our Support Center before you return your item(s). We cannot accept any return without a corresponding ticket and a RMA form.
